Designed exclusively for residents of Washington, this app offers convenient access to virtual care, doctor search, secure messaging with your care team, prescription management, appointment scheduling, bill payment, and more. It even integrates seamlessly with Apple Health Kit.

The app's newly refreshed home page features enhanced navigation, simplifying the process of finding the care options that best suit your needs. Easily discover recommendations for ongoing or new health concerns, along with a full range of care options including 24/7 Care Chat with a provider.

The improved navigation system effectively organizes all the essential information and features into easily accessible sections:

• Appointments - view upcoming appointments and visits as well as detailed after-visit summaries.
• Messages - securely exchange messages with your dedicated care team.
• Medications - conveniently refill or transfer prescriptions, access a list of your medications, check pharmacy wait times, or engage in live chat with a pharmacy representative.
• Records - instantly access test results, after-visit summaries, health summaries, routine care reminders, and share your health record with non-Kaiser Permanente providers. You can also conveniently upload health and fitness data from the Apple Health app when enrolled in our Care-companion programs.
• My Plan - easily manage your financial aspects by paying bills, reviewing statements, Explanation of Benefits (EOB), Benefits Usage details, and coverage documents.
• Locations and Wait Times - quickly locate the nearest Kaiser Permanente medical facility, schedule phone/video/in-person visits, track upcoming and past visits, and receive up-to-date wait times for pharmacies and labs.

To access the app's features, simply sign in using your kp.org/wa user ID and password. The latest version of the app also provides the added security of using Face ID / Touch ID for sign-in.
